They were really soft on Al Sharpton in that report. Go back and look at the clips of him during that time. He used racial slurs and helped perpetuate outright lies against the prosecutor and policemen. He also refused to pay the judgement against him. He had Johnny Cochran and others pay it. To this day Sharpton has never apologized.

They claim the debt will be wiped out if she apologies, if she does that tho she is admitting to being dishonest.

If she admits to being dishonest it shames other women into not filling the "perfect honest women" stereotype many hide their intentions under. Its either the shame of other women holding her back, or massive guilt over what was originally probably a cry for attention.

She will be paying this off for the rest of her life, yet she could wipe it out if she simply admits to being in the wrong. 20 years later and still nothing. Most men after 20 years of the fake label of public sexual assault would kill themselves for the loss of income/emotional damage they incurred. Obviously its not the same for this woman.
