I have been wanting to move in with my current girlfriend, which would obviously include my daughter living with us. Is there any issues that my ex could inject into the situation to make it worse? Like somehow preventing it, using it against me somehow in a custody battle, etc. I know that she can not dictate what activities my daughter and I do when she is under my care, as long as it isn't detrimental to her health obviously lol. (My ex tried to tell me that she would not allow my daughter to be around my current girlfriend, but obviously she had no ground to stand on with that.) I just want to make sure it isn't going to leave open any vulnerabilities if we move in together.
