HOnestly, there are more places/states that are more liberal than others. But the main answer to your question is it doesn't matter. Just go lift, read trp, and practice the material. Also try to fix your own self, (hygiene, clothes, style, etc.)

All I know is stay thee fuck out of Silicon Valley and Toronto.

I had good success in Miami and the southern states (ironically, considered the "racist" states). I pass as sort of Latino so maybe that helped.
