age of consent is 16 in the UK, although while she is in a position of trust such that it can be classified as "rape" by some, personally i think its fine and dont subscribe to the "authority = rape" if you consent to sex with an authority figure its not automatically rape in my view, it depends exactly on the specifics of the case.
