They claim it won't be mass produced, but you just know someone else is going to :P also until they get the motor functions don't these androids won't be very impressive and mostly just static but I'll be honest if they got the movements down properly I'd consider buying one LOL.

its all irrevelant, human flesh/skin has not been replicated, no matter how life like a robot looks and acts it wont feel the same as a warm real person.

I've always said about the whiny complainers that find fault in every creation (film/tv/comic/book/games/music etc. etc.) if you don't like it, go make what you want - the fact that these types will never be happy aside, this guy created what he wanted, more power to him. I mean, he'll catch all kinds of hell from people (mainly women) simultaneously shaming him as someone undesirable in the first place, and saying he needs to find a girlfriend. Not to mention how this will somehow negatively affect women... who don't want anything to do with him anyway and who wouldnt fulfill the roles the robot does

It is what it is, but robotics is science. We see those angry female commenters but I dont see much STEM girls tho
