If she ran a stop sign, and hit another car killing 2 people... how was she not arrested for vehicular manslaughter? She was obviously negligent.

Devils advocate here : The article specifically says that it's not known if she was texting at the time. she wasn't speeding or drunk. Her message on Facebook says she is all over the news, nothing like omg I am so cool now. So far, I see a very tragic accident. She may have made a lethal mistake, but I'll I won't claim I never make mistakes driving. Remember, innocent until proven guilty. I don't care what if you have a wee wee or a wuu wuu, pretty or ugly, we're all innocent until judged guilty.

Now, if proof turns up that she was texting at the moment of the crash, and she doesn't go to jail, then yes, very much a pussy pass. Until then, I'm not sure what this post does here.

Where does article mention selfies? Also, "im all over the news bad car crash 2 died" doesn't necessarily sound like bragging. Since there's no evidence that she was speeding, using phone or under the influence at time of accident, it's not particularly unusual that charges weren't [immediately] filed. How does everyone jump to conclusion that gender played a factor?
