Allegedly. And it is her word against his. Since he is dead it makes it very hard to get his side of the story.

Even if she believed he was "behaving in a sexually inappropriate manner" with the boy, that is no excuse to shoot someone. There is a reason why we have criminal courts in America.

The cops originally said: "'We knew very early on that this case was going to hinge quite heavily on evidence, forensic evidence found at the scene. And so as it turns out, that's in large part what led to the charge. Any claims of self-defense, the evidence just doesn't lend itself to that."

No, this case is typical female privilege. Kill your husband, claim he was beating you, throw in some child sex accusations, then get a sympathetic female prosecutor. Add all of that up and then throw in how the courts are heavily biased towards women and you get a murderer who shot someone 9 TIMES that gets to go free on probation.
