In the UK poor white boys are the worst performing group in school

If white male privilege is so pervasive how come it doesn't help these boys.

Men also make up the majority of the homeless, suicides, and work deaths.

Privilege is primarily about wealth. The fact that a large proportion of privileged people are white men doesn't mean white men are privileged. Its the same thing as having a black president doesn't mean all black people benefit.

wow they teach bigotry in high school now

my suggestion is to make up shit. she is, so why can't you. tell her you have a female cousin who's wealthy but whose 2 brothers are poor. stuff like that which she can't argue against. she'll talk more about these so-called privileges but just keep saying that stuff isn't happening to you because everywhere you go, you feel like you're being discriminated against. then when she gives up and sends you to the principal's office you say, "see, my point exactly!"

they want you to believe in this made-up "white male privilege" so that you don't protest when all the grants and scholarships and internships are given to women.
