I dont have a stat, but I have seen COPS many times, and almost every time a man calls in a DV on his partner, he is the one cuffed upon arrival, until they figure out what the "facts" are whereas the partner(female) is almost never cuffed. This is true even if the guy is bleading from a head wound and she appears fine.

Also, I have seen multiple times when they are called to a DV if it is man hit woman allegedly, they ask 1 question did you hit her, and if he ever says yes, he is arrested. If it is woman hits man allegedly, they ask him what did you do to cause it, then lead with others, are you sure you didnt push her or perhaps threaten her, etc(because no woman could ever hit a man without cause, but apparently every male just goes around hitting women for no reason).
