Some interesting facts here...first, the victims were girls as opposed to boys. Second, 18 months is a hell of a lot better than a suspended sentence, but whether that's because of the judge or the fact that the victims were girls instead of boys or the fact that we're making progress is hard to tell.

But the fact that the sentence was still so incredibly lenient, and the judge goes to great lengths to describe her as a victim is what's frustrating. He calls her "weak and indulgent", says that it is a tragedy for her because she had so much potential, etc, etc. Nowhere does he condemn her as disgusting or vile or predatory. Instead, he almost makes it sound like she was such a weak and helpless little women that she can't really be held responsible for her mistakes and it was all just one big accident. He even seems to be dragging his heels in sending her to prison at all.

Don't know if it would help, but if anyone wants to you can report it as unduly lenient for review here.

What is wrong with the male population of this country? I can't understand how they tolerate the double standards women are allowed in the media, in the courts and other areas. A man would have been reported as a rapist, would have been jailed for many many years. Can only assume the male passive reactions are the common assumptions that they will never be affected by double standards. But the consequences are growing daily along with the demands of hypocritical feminists.

Hm another Sexual Harm Prevention Order, just like in the case of that one guy this past week. I wonder if all orders have the same terms.

What I don't get is how the judges in these cases seem to praise the women committing these heinous crimes.

"You are blessed with great intelligence and athleticism..." she is fucking monster.
