She was initially charged with murder but pleaded guilty to aggravated manslaughter last year - a charge that carries the maximum penalty of 30 years in prison, O'Hara said. On Thursday, Judge Robert Billmeier decided to issue White less than half that. She was given a 12-year prison sentence for the killing with the two years she's served in jail since her 2014 arrest counting toward that sentence, Billmeier said. It was the second time White has been sentenced in the killing of a boyfriend after she stabbed another man to death in 1980. She was released after five years in prison for the first stabbing.

Sounds like two pussy passes to me. 5 years for the first murder? A meth freak bitch I knew through some family friends stabbed a man to death and only got 5 years as well, now she's out. I just don't understand how murder gets you only 5 years. Pretty sure as a man you'd get twice that minimum. Makes no sense.
