If a woman hits you - fine hit her back. Shit, if she threatens to hit you defend yourself as appropriate. But just because a woman nags and won't let a subject be doesn't mean violence is warranted. That's not denial of a pussy pass, that's just escalating things to violence rather than leaving the situation. Not right imo.

Watch any of his old movies (not just the Bond stuff). He slaps a woman in almost every single role. Hell, sometimes for seemingly trivial shit. In Marnie he just slaps her because she goes a little hysterical, which I guess might have been a PPD...

Tell me, which is worse (in this hypothetical situation)... Say a man has children with a woman (married or not). And let's say the woman has been unfaithful/cheated/lied/abusive/neglectful to the children/etc. You have talked with her and explained the impact her actions are having on the family. But it continues... Which is the best course of action? 1. Should a man leave this woman, as you said, and break up his family, leaving his children to be passed back and forth, and to accept strangers as step-parents eventually?

2. Should the man continue trying to reason with the woman, despite her unwillingness to change, demonstrating the definition of insanity by repeating his actions and expecting a different result?

3. Should the man call the police on her and/or get her in trouble by "telling" on her? (In cases that seemingly warrant it).

4. Should the guy just bail and take himself out of the situation completely? (What about the kids?)

5. Should the man ignore the problem and just "take it"?

6. Or... Should the man slap her in the mouth, and tell her to "get in line", if only for the sake of their children?

And then you have to ask yourself... Which is worse? Some unruly woman getting slapped in the mouth as a deterrent from behavior that could adversely affect the family? Or a family divided, complete with animosity from the break-up/divorce/custody-battle, increased financial-burden on society, higher-chances of the children engaging in drug-use, illegal-activity and/or suffering from depression/anxiety, etc, etc, etc...?

This is a no-brainer... This is my position. And it won't change.

If woman are that concerned about being on the receiving end of a slap, perhaps they should direct their efforts toward avoiding the behavior that brings about the slap. Like try having some fucking decency... A little bit of honor. Try it.

(P.S. Totally condone this if the genders are flipped, also).
