Story of the video: Guy in car (surname Zhang) plows his car into his ex-wife (surname Qin) and a guy (surname Min), who presumably is in a relationship with her, though not much details were released in the article I read. Min died while the Zhang was beating down on his corpse with Qin being beaten too. All this happened next to a guard/police station with no one intervening.
