I think a 16 year old girl is old enough to make these kinds of decisions. And in this case, I think a 16 year old guy is, too. Just because the gender roles are switched, it doesn't mean prosecuting this isn't just as silly as it is with a man.

This kid clearly freaked out when his parents realized he was boning an older woman, and accused her of "forcing" him to do it. Wut? For two months you go to her house to have sex with her? How did she coerce him? Keep him tied up in the basement? Physically drag him there? I'm sorry...find it hard to take her supposed verbal "threats" seriously as the method for "forcing" the guy to have sex with her.

How does a middle aged woman sexually "assault" a teenage boy? Most boys that age are hormone factories, and given the chance will hump anything, willingly. I'm willing to bet the boy didn't complain about it, but boasted about it to the wrong people. :')
