What a dumb bitch. The guy was trying to give her a break and not call the cops, if she would only come back to the store with the stuff she stole and he would ban her from the store and she could walk away. But no, she had to keep playing the victim and the clueless person who didn't do anything wrong. You got caught and you weren't even going to have to pay a price. Take that and move on. The most painful part of this video is that he still held back because there is a chance that if he got physical with some old lady, he would go to jail regardless of what she did.

Judging by the licence plates and the look of the location, this is actually the town where I'm from. If I'm correct, I think I know this kid. He's an all over great guy. His brother and him have always been great guys.

my mom confronted a shoplifter once and the woman pulled out a wrench and hit her in the temple. My mom got fired and the woman was put on probation. I was too young to comment on it.

The Loss Prevention Agent did a bad job of escalating the situation by yelling at her and taking it personal. The Agent should of told the dumb bitch exeactly what she stole and explained that he needed to fill out a report and ban her from the store (even if was going to call the cops). The camera man did a better job by not making it seem like a big deal.
