A little bit of context from what I've gathered. She was being taken out of class for abusing kids and the officer did not want to arrest her in front of the students so he brought her outside. The woman became agitated and began to yell at the officer and then slapped him, which led to the officer laying down the most righteous of forehands ever known to mankind upon her unholy face.
