I watched this a couple of times to say the least to be objective. She's high as fuck or something, screwing around at the counter, fucking with her phone, but not talking on it, just being a complete derp. This guy can probably see this as he's approaching and just wants to get a pack of cigarettes and be on his way.

He doesn't want to wait while some basic bitch wants to claim the space, take her time in her entitled way like she's the princess of ghettotown. I've seen this particular kind in action many times. It's 'their turn' and they are going to just fuck with people by being as leisurely as possible and they are just itching for you to say something.

To them, they win either way, if you just smile and wait, you waited on them. If you say something, it's license for them to get hostile. The trick to not snapping is to be undaunted by it. They may have that little win, but you get to go on with your awesome life while they have to crawl back to whatever miserable existence that hatched them.
