find reasons to approach girls. cold approach is not for basement dwellers who are not experienced with girls. If you told the 16 year old me to make a move it would be creepy as hell for the girl.

Do you talk to everyone? Start convos with the cashier? The bouncer? Bartender? Little old lady on the bus? Ask people if you can pet their dog, then chat them up? Have actual conversations with friends and family, not just talk about the same thing every time?

If you can’t/don’t do that stuff, why would you be capable of chatting up some HB10?

You gain confidence by practicing any activity and mastering it. Are you lifting? It doesn’t seem so. Lifting is a must for gaining self confidence. Once you start getting bigger you’ll notice a spark in confidence. Also do what 90% of men are not doing and you will be automatically proud of yourself.

I just got through with this! Don't jump right in to cold approaches, first start with just basic interactions with women. Ask for directions, say you're taking a survey, it doesn't really matter what, just get a brief interaction in. Eventually, you'll be much more comfortable talking to women and dealing with their behavior. After that, get a little bit more sexual. My personal favorite is to walk up with my favorite is to walk up with my shirt thrown over my shoulder, then hand it to her and be like hey can you fold this up for me? It's a great way to gauge attraction, and you can show off what you've been developing by lifting. And if you haven't started lifting yet, hit the fucking gym. It makes all this way easier.
