Today I learned 13 of the 14 new faculty appointments at my 4 year college were women. In case you were wondering how the feminization of an industry occurs (c.f. elementary and secondary) it is not with a bang but a whimper.

When I pointed it out to my wife she said "perhaps there were good reasons". Can you imagine if the genders were reversed? Perhaps MGTOW have a point - protesting this situation is futile. Do any non-MGTOWs have a strategy to address these disturbing trends or are we just observers to history?
