If the man did the time because she lied then he should atleast get to actually do the crime. She still says he beat her up several times but every other girlfriend he has had said he never hit them. What does that say about her?

How did he even get convicted??? Just because someone has received damage it does not mean that he inflicted it so it comes down to he said she said which is not convictable on any level. Wtf is wrong with these courts.
