Not exactly the same. Sex trafficking generally involves slavery. I am against slavery.

Interesting. I asked an anti-trafficking activist about the difference between trafficking and pimping. She said they often overlapped, and sometimes a woman didn't realize she was being trafficked, and that there was such a thing as intra-state trafficking of white, American women.

By saying "some women don't realize they're being trafficked" I read as, women who voluntarily enter into prostitution aren't really doing it on their own accord, and the male pimp behind the scenes is the real criminal.

I'm sure actual sex trafficking takes place, where a minor or a foreigner is shipped around and sold for sex. But there is a difference between that and just a regular prostitute and her pimp. By calling pimping "trafficking" feminists are yet again removing all responsibility from women (in this case, women who decide to become prostitutes) and blaming everything on men.
