You didn't list any examples of actual misogyny. It means hatred of women, not viewing them as inferior. Ted Bundy was a misogynist. Elliot Rodgers was a misogynist (and all around misanthrope). Misogyny is actually quite rare. I can't really think of any prominent cultural examples except maybe gangster rap (NWA leaps to mind).

Misandry however is very prominent, and arguably the basis of the entire feminist movement. You would have to have a very hateful view of men to think that we have oppressed women throughout all of history.

Edit: almost no one in the MRM regards women as inferior, and we certainly don't hate women, so the typical smear is wrong on both counts. Conversely, I see a lot of flat out hatred of males from feminists.

. If you are a white man your ancestors were slavers and therefore you are evil because of what they did even if your ancestors weren't slaves ( blatantly sexist and racist at the same time and they're trying to use history to justify it )

This list is going to get very long but I agree with the ones you've posted so far :P I'm glad you've pointed out it's only really sexist to use gender based swearing against someone if it's sustained because a lot of other people don't seem to get that which is why you have people like Anita Sarkeesian trying to act as if someone calling her a bitch is institutional misogyny.

If I call a bitch a bitch because they're being a bitch, then it's rude, if I call a bitch a bitch because the bitch happens to be a women, thats misogyny.

Looking through these as an egalitarian:

All men should be killed (Misandric)

Nobody should be rounded up and killed.

Women shouldn't be able to vote (Misogynistic)

Everyone should get a vote. If your candidate loses, everyone should get together behind the winner and work for what is best for the country instead of bitching and trying to undermine any progress at all.

For some, it is. Just like the best job for some guys is retreading tires. As far as laws, they should give all an equal opportunity under one standard for all. Pass or fail.

It's more of a moral issue of combating the moral decline of our society. Augustus tried to enforce morality in Rome through legal means, and it's debatable whether he had much of an impact.

I'm on the line between it being unprofessional anyway as I've seen both male and female co-workers act like total perverts towards people who were obviously just tolerating it as part of the job. On the flip side, if it is tolerated without any push back don't ask for sympathy. I think it would be a great HR program for both sexes about how to say 'no' clearly. Some of this is because I'm male, though, and our current climate creates a workplace minefield for men interacting with women at all.

This is definitely sexist. If they can do the job as well as anyone else and meet a single defined standard, they should get an equal shot at doing it.

Calling someone gendered insults online (Rude, sexist if sustained and continued)

Calling anyone an insult online is just a waste of time, gendered or not. Generally it comes from people who are not articulate enough to express their disagreement in a well thought out format.

Expecting a man to pay for a date (Sexist)

Expecting it is bad. It's basically expecting to be paid for time, which is work. I've had girls show up for first dates with no money for this reason, and get pissed when I asked about it. There wasn't a second date.

It basically would depend on the person and the circumstance.

The problem I have with feminism is that it doesn't push for equality at all. They keep marching under the presumption that "Women are just as good as men at task X!" The thing is that not all men are good at task X, and neither are all women. They then try to shoehorn someone who doesn't really fit into a position just to make a political statement. It's the push to move to irrationality under the guise of 'fairness' that is really galling.
