Issues are all over the place ranging from injustice in courtrooms, false rape alligations, dv abuse, parental rights, systemic discrimination, antifeminist, male hatred (inspired by feminism ) on and on. There are a lot of issues men have that are ignored, personally I finger feminism for many of the problems. I'm not an mra I am anti-feminism because I fear this mra movement will just become another victim philosophy that goes to the government to rectify said social issues.

The major actionable issues are all legal (family law, and to some extent the way colleges are being coerced to asymmetric representation in handling allegations of sexual assault).

There are a number of other social issues that are important (e.g. the way issues are portrayed in the media depending on whether they inconvenience men or women more), but it's difficult to address them without coercive measures. Also, some of them are driven by immutable core human drives (e.g. women-are-wonderful effect) so we just have to learn to live with them.

It is how ever irrelevant in modern society.

I don't think there's a single clear #1 issue. Obviously, different people will have different views on what they think is the most important.

I think the core of most of the issues is male disposability. People just don't care as much when men commit suicide at a far higher rate, or are saddled with child support and alimony payments they could never afford. People say "oh, that's too bad, that's unfortunate" and move on. Men get longer prison sentences? Men can't see their children? "That's unfortunate".

Meanwhile a woman has a problem with a scientist's shirt or the AC settings at her office, and it becomes a widely-seen story that gets significant media coverage. Inconveniencing women is seen as a horrible crime, men suffering and dying is no big deal.

If I had to pick a single issue, I'd go with parental rights since it affects the most people. Particularly in the case of divorce, it's ridiculous how often and how consistently women are rewarded for inventing domestic violence claims against their soon to be ex-husband, and it's terrible to see how widespread the idea of "the child belongs with the mother" and "the father is the main provider" are in the court system.

I don't want men to be able to get away with anything, I think child support and alimony absolutely need to exist, I think deadbeat dads are a serious problem. But you don't make up for that by punishing the good guys.
