College boys slandered again after cheeky sign hung from PRIVATE residence. No evidence any students involved, but since when did lack of evidence get in the way of false allegations?

Given the general shitstorm surrounding this whole thing I am so glad I didn't go to university, unless you absolutely have to guys, just don't bother, it's only going to get worse.

The private residence is not directly associated with a fraternity. However, a campus tipster told Jezebel that several of the house's residents are members of the college's Sigma Nu fraternity chapter.

Well if an anonymous person told a neutral and balanced august news source such as Jezebel it's true, then it must be. /s

On the other hand, considering the shit storm men are facing on campus right now, if someone from the college was behind this they're an idiot. Granted it was obviously done as a joke, but any humor whatsoever regarding sex on campus is of course going to be labeled as harassment and harshly punished.

How is this a men's rights issue? This is just a group of young men without much of a clue at all. If they show this poor of judgment out in public you have to believe that their judgment in private is worse. Hey unless they are actively trying to keep women away?

Incredibly misleading title. This gets into troll territory.

These signs are pretty fucked up, they are not "cheeky" at all. Secondly, nobody seems to be hounding "college boys" in general but the one specific fraternity that is allegedly responsible for this. Thirdly, you can't say "there is no evidence" when there specifically exists photographic evidence of a large number of the frat members hanging out at the house. It is circumstantial at this point but it is still fairly compelling. For crying out loud, it's the banner photo from the frat's Twitter account.

Let's be clear about this. The people who hung up those signs are idiots. And I hope that their imbecile antics give them a reputation that follows for the rest of their lives. They've earned it. The school said nothing more about them then that there will be an investigation to see if any student broke their code of conduct. If there ends up being a free speech violation, we have yet to find out. So where's the outrage? Don't post such misleading bullshit here.

The only thing that might be worth mentioning here is the usual SJW language on sexual assault and harassment that has swept through higher education. The one anecdote of a girl who said she wanted to go home wasn't "courageous" but petty.
