There shouldn't be any LMR if we have already slept together. If I have to "defuse" LMR when you know why I am there then it's not worth my time. The lay wasn't that good anyways. But you are probably right.

You messed up for a number of reasons :
Failed to get past LMR
You let her control the interaction
You were bored, and therefore boring
You let her get under your skin

Couple comments saying that he failed and the interaction could have went differently. I would be interested to see a few comments about what they would have done different had they been in the OPs shoes.
EDIT: Just want to say that I don't think other commenters are wrong, just looking for more interesting perspectives.

He could have texted ahead and told her/implied (depending on OP's skills) that they were fucking that night.
He could have teased her on the state of her and her apartment (witch he presumably didn't do since he didn't mention it) calling her a slob and teasing her that he doesn't associate with slobs or even suggested something she could do to make it up to him and so got her into his frame.
He could have suggested/insisted on some other activity than watching tv (playing cards and blatantly cheating is sometimes fun and enhances the mood).
He could have taken command of the situation in many different ways, but instead he gave up his frame and entered hers ("staying in and watching tv", remember girls always test your frame and if she wins you both lose).
Don't worry about it, we've all been there. Live and learn i guess.
Edit:
Somewhere during the night she said I wasn't sweet. I told her "If you want sweet, get a fuckin teddy bear"
this seems to have been a missed opportunity for a wicked smile and something like: "I've never been sweet, if you wanted sweet you'd have a teddy bear/some orbiter that you know she has, instead you've got me"

Well done!
My point was that girl game is extracting relationship stuff (validation, attention, your time and money) from you while inserting as few sex coins in as possible. I personally don't see it as a problem as long as you are aware of it and act accordingly.
OP doesn't play those games haha
