They could take as a true inspiration Joseph Bazalgette, a remarkable Victorian civil engineer whose

actions probably saved more lives than any other Victorian official.

Non-native English speaker here.

I've listened to it time and again, but I can't understand the last words the guy says at the very end of his speech, just before the screaming boys.

So, can someone please explain what he says about women engineers?
