Her felony actions allowed and abetted the escape of two prisoners at the cost of millions of dollars to the taxpayer ( so far ). Will the state be seeking to recoup those costs?

The BOJ page on the 2003 Rape Elimination Act offers lots of data about sex between prisoners and sex between guard/staff-prisoners.
