From what I can see she is an American, who lists Democracy; Democratic Transition; Gender; Governance; International Development; U.S. Foreign Policy; Africa; East Africa; Southern Africa; West Africa as her expertise. One of these things isn't the same as the others.

Schools needs to get completely out of the process. If a rape happens it should only be the police who are dealing with it.
