I don't know where else to post this. I will start by saying I don't hate women or have some hard core bias against marriage etc so I am not trying to circlejerk, but I am really upset and have been met with walls at every turn which is making me question my trust since not a single person involved will be fair or reasonable and after a week and a half of struggling I still find myself extremely upset and unable to just "let it go".

I was a patient at a doctors office for quite some time. My interactions with the staff were always pleasant and in contrast to a lot of my experiences in the medical field, retail, business of any sort, I actually looked forward to going there and the discussions and relationships were more like friends and family than some sterile business.

Fast forward to two weeks ago I received a call to rearrange an appointment. One of the nurses who I thought I knew quite well given the amount of time we had spoken about our lives and the world was who called. We chatted a bit as usual, scheduled the appointment, and hung up. All was normal and I even got the confirmation text they send for the date/time. Then all hell breaks loose.

No less than 15min after the call the office calls back. It's the doctor, his office manager, and some secretary on a conference call telling me there had been "an incident". The said I was no longer welcome at the office and they would help me find another doctor to continue my care.

I had no idea what they were talking about, and the way they were all talking to me was so weird, the tone etc, compared to their usual nature. I pressed for info and they finally let out that the nurse had informed them that I had made several "inappropriate" comments directed at her during the call, she felt "threatened" and they would not "tolerate this behavior". I felt like I was in some prank as there was absolutely nothing I said that a normal person would construe as threatening and the nurse was her usual self. I was liked in the office, wouldn't hurt a bug, and had no issues with anyone so this was shocking.

I tried to explain myself and ask more questions but they just held the line and were totally shut down and unwilling to listen. They kept using buzzwords like "inappropriate", "threatening", and "safety". I was not even allowed a rebuttal or full understanding.

The more I think about it the more upset I am. Part of it is ego I know and I will get over it. But I was also in the middle of some treatment and while I can continue it elsewhere it's a great inconvenience and establishing new trust of doctors etc isn't easy.

I was "banned" from the entire system's doctors...not simply that office. I confirmed this with their administration. I filed complaints all the way up the chain and with the relevant professional boards but it's pointless as nothing will be done.

My wife left me after years because my health declined. It caused me great financial and emotional distress. My surviving family is all female (mother, grandmother, sisters, cousin and aunt) and they all inexplicably turned on me after the divorce and medical problems and refuse to help me. I know it's a bias due to my circumstances but I find myself totally unable to trust women now. I have no desire to date or speak to one beyond "please" and "thank you". I hate this and it makes me feel terrible. But I have no idea what to do.

TL:DR Was accused of threatening a nurses safety in a doctors office where I was a long time patient and had wonderful experiences and everyone was friendly. They banned me from the office and the system with no full explanation or opportunity to discuss it reasonably. I am really stressed, angry and have no recourse.

Edit: Further communication with the administration up to the top has infuriated me even more as they are claiming the nurse feared for her personal safety and that her husband was concerned as well. They kept insinuating that I was attempting to have an inappropriate relationship with the nurse. They never had the balls (or DID have he legal sense) to not say it outright but they said things like "we have to consider the husbands feelings and their family's safety as well". When I asked WTF her family had to do with a phone call to make an appointment they kept trying to redirect the conversation. I filed complaints with the professional boards but it's pointless as it's my word against theirs and nothing will come of it.

I am fucking pissed. If I had the funds I would hire a lawyer if nothing else to drag them through the process and cost them legal fees since I wouldn't really have a case due to evidence and the fact no written libel etc occurred...but the way this is going I would somehow end up worse off as they would somehow up their accusations as they have done at every point thus far...escalating what they claim in response to my request for apologies. I fucking hate liars and shitty people who fuck with the lives of others for some personal gain or malice. I am powerless. I can't sue someone for the things they have said or done...they have carefully not said directly that I am guilty only that they are protecting the nurse's safety and "can't take chances" etc as a matter of policy. Fucking assholes. All because some stupid bitch decided she needed some attention or drama it seems. Ladies...this is why men get jaded and don't trust. I thought this nurse was a good person based on years of contact. Then suddenly she decides to fuck with me in this shitty and cruel way and because I was an easy target. If a guy is leery of you ever you can blame bitches like this for causing it.
