Hamstering is rationalising. She'll rationalise what she wants to do. Be what she wants to do, let her find a way to make this ok.

Push and pull, if you give daily attention and then go silent with not explanation for 24 hours, then she will notice. That's how I did it with my current LTR. She later related that she had no idea what was going on and was worried I was losing interest.
