I have always thought that plea bargains were a load of horse shit. You broke the law, there is a minimum punishment for what you did and you shouldn't be able to skip out on getting at least that for what you did; especially in something like this.

Sometimes the justice system in this country makes me want to puke.

Serious question: The article says that she was accused of rapping the two boy. We all know "accused" doesn't mean it actually happened. So, did she really rape them and her plea gave her a smaller sentence or through investigation did they discover her real actions were less sever than previously thought?
