I didn't know which sub to post in but I just feel like sharing.

the advertisement

A man comes in to his wife's office and brings her lunch, starts telling her something he's excited about, she rudely interrupts him then destroys the food he made. I just hate it. It's attempting to be feminist or show a "girl boss" but I feel so bad for the guy. I was actually interested in Saatva mattresses and then I saw this ad and didn't get one just because of this. I guess it wouldn't bother me so much if it wasn't a sandwich, or she didn't interrupt him, or he didn't look so hurt. They can show the "squishing" argument some other way-- even though mattresses in a box are great. I'm sure in some circles this ad would be applauded, and it's lowkey showing abuse.
