Everything that everyone's applied to make their lives better and to get girls is the sum total of their experience plus red pill philosophy. The sidebar is the foundational stuff. There's no one source for "the answer". This isn't like some goofy pheromone product that you're supposed to spray on and have everything fall into place. Read the sidebar. Then read the main TRP subreddit. Look for the flaired posters and read what they have to say. Find instances in your past that could have gone differently with application of RP principles. Ruminate on it some. Showertalk it. Think about it while you lift. And yes, you should lift. It's not just a matter of lifting weights to work out and tone your body, though that's an obvious benefit. Lifting helps develop discipline and it also gets the creative juices flowing. Watch RP podcasts. I recommend the Red Man Group stuff. Rollo Tomassi is a regular on it and he wrote The Rational Male.

The point is, you've got to not only read a sidebar list of information, but you need to internalize the principles and immediately start applying them to all parts of your life. This isn't a passive experience. You can read a Library of Congress worth of Red Pill material and it won't mean dick if you don't start applying it to your life.

Disclaimer: I'm in the middle of doing this myself. I'm by no means an expert, but I can't deny seeing small positive differences come up as I start injecting RP approaches in the way I deal with people, both in casual situations and at work.

Stop overthinking everything and start taking action now.

It doesn't need to be perfect. Hit the gym and work out regularly. Read and re-read the sidebar. Find your purpose in life and pursue it relentlessly. Just start with those basics and see how much easier it becomes to attract females.
