Since she identifies as a man, I would recommend that you simply treat him exactly the same way you would treat any man who got pissed at you because you were using the only stall.

Are you saying they are lying or joking? You're not being clear. But if they are telling the truth then you have to see this as a serious medical condition. If they feel they have to use the men's but also have to use the only stall then -- well it doesn't excuse being rude, but you can see how frustrating that would be?

They need to take it up with the school admins. One stall for all men in the entire building?

I remember when I got dragged to a few clubs one summer. One time, a whole group of gal's decided to turn the men's restroom into a hangout spot. One glare, they took off running.

Bathroom designs are based on equipment and not gender. You could easily tell 'him' that until 'his' equipment matches the equipment in the 'boys' bathroom 'he' should just use the 'girls' one. The girls there probably won't be as annoyed as having a female 'male' in the boys bathroom as well.

One of my friends accidentally walks into the girls room at in cruise for band and apologies and rushes out. He almost got suspended.

like most schools, yours is comprised of idiots following bad policy. It has nothing to do with how they treat trans people.
