Despite all the fun-loving, internet-in-joke misandry, the vast majority of women and feminists do not hate men. Many of us might hate bad men: the sexists, misogynists and all-around jerks. But our hatred is just a feeling, and not something that can impact men in any meaningful or oppressive way.

You see -- the world is divided up into "good people" and "bad people"... Next in The KinderGuardian: which glue smells better. White paste or cyanoacrylate?

Slightly less funny is not Valenti herself, but the powers that be at The Guardian who publish this crap, apparently without any editorial control whatsoever - and I'm not talking about the bollocks content but the links - I'm deadly serious here:

'mass shootings' links to the École Polytechnique massacre page on Wikipedia, because, y'know, everyone who is a critic of Feminism is a Lépine waiting to happen, but 'attributed to misogyny' links through to one of her own shitty fucking posts.

Instead of saying 'as I wrote last year' she uses the passive voice ('have been attributed to') as if this is an appeal to not one but generally accepted scientific opinion.

Christ, what an ass.
