Let's get out of the "white men are the devil" mind frame and apply this generically for a minute. Americans make up about 4% of the world population but about 90% of the Oscar nominees. The horror!! How can we let this obvious bias continue? We must establish government policy to give more foreigners a helping hand to succeed in the discriminatory world of film making that centers around North Americans!
