Short answer.

Circular logic

Women justifying their shitty actions (dishonorable, lying, cheating, stealing etc. ) by getting on "hamster wheel" and talking themselves in a circle to arrive back to place that she has already decided on that she is right.

So take a situation where a guy's life has been ruined by a false rape claim and the girl has been proven to have lied.

Ask a woman if it was wrong for that other woman to lie about rape .

Gosh No!, since men are all rapists and if he did not rape her then he has raped other women in the past, probably multiple women since only one in ten rapes are reported so then this is just a small payback for what he is really guilty of since women are such victims in this world, he is lucky and should have been convicted it is because of the patriarchy and rape culture that he wasn't. Men are all rapists and apart of the rape culture of the patriarchy is the reason he walked free, that poor girl is still a victim.

Never went anywhere but talked a lot. Each time just using the words to reinforce or find a new excuse to say she is right rather than drilling down or cutting away unimportant facts to get to the heart of it and say

Yeah it is wrong to lie, instead she arrived back to where she started on the whole thing-- He is guilty and she is the victim.

hamstering is the word we use to describe the way that women approach their problems and their shortcomings. its just the way they rationalize shit. "ok i did this, but the reasons were x x and x, so suddenly its not my fault any more. i can move on with my life without feeling any guilt or taking any personal responsibility for my behavior, because it wasnt my fault."

its basically finding a roundabout way to juke taking any personal responsibility for their actions and the consequences that follow. women do this in every aspect of their lives, from personal to professional. its how they sleep at night. its how they get out of bed in the morning

obviously this goes against everything healthy and rational in our male psyche, but when it comes to women its just how their brains work. if you want to see it in action, go ask one of your girlfriends to explain their biggest regret to you. ask em what the worst mistake they ever made was. listen to them hamster any and all personal responsibility for their decisions into smithereens, then realize that this is just how they approach the world
