I go to a 4 year university and am currently under investigation for a crime I didn't commit. I am currently very limited in what I can do on campus even though the incident occurred in my apartment. I think there is a lack of evidence to expel me but I am scared. I live in California and I know about the draconian anti sexual assault laws. I am assumed to be guilty by the university until the investigation is up, which should be about 60 days. I am really scared I have to go through this and my life is becoming severely impacted
