Indians are usually awkward nerds. They neither have the physique of a black man, nor the charm of a Latino.

An average Indian man is short, skinnyfat and many of them have a unibrow. Nobody likes that.

Get swole and develop an interesting, charming personality, then you'll start seeing results.

Stop stinking. Indian people who hold to their culture hard tend to smell like a mix the f BO and whatever food smell is floating around their house. Wear antiperspirant and deodorant along with some fragrance.
Dress not Indian.. In the Bay area, the Indian uniform seems to be an I'll fitted polo tucked into I'll fitted pleated pants. Dress better. Don't wear wicker dandles, either.
Indians I see tend to be slight. Many are y'all, but none of them look like theyve even seen a gym. Lift and eat.
They tend to be vegetarian, and as a result consume enormous amounts of carbs because not animal.. Abandon that thinking and eat meat or tailor the vegetarian diet correctly. You need to eat to be big.
Stop with the head Bob nonsense. That shit is as submissive as it gets in this country... Pick a side and stand there... That whole head Bob thing is way to not pick a side so as not to ruffle feathers. Men in this country tend to like ruffling feathers. Answer yes or no... The head Bob is "whatever you say/want."
Get a haircut different from every side parted, matted down haircut every other Indian has. The mustaches aren't helping them not look like Indian pedos, either.
Brush your teeth three times daily and floss. Indians seem to have clean teeth, but I am wary about being within breathing distance... The Fremont train on BART is a stink fest.
Harder: lose the accent.

IMO, a big part is the accent and voice. You can't really lose the accent if you have lived most of your life in India. I suggest speaking with clarity and projection. Make it a style of your own and be deliberate while speaking. Indian accent is certainly nothing to be ashamed of because you anyway don't want to attract the redneck hillbilly chick who thinks just the accent makes you funny.

I agree that Indians who look like Blacks and Latinos have much better chance in game that your typical Indian. You can't do much about the inherent racism of westerners regarding this. There are several anecdotes where many great Indian leaders, celebrities, and businessmen, who were the very definition of alpha, have been treated poorly by western people. They don't know any better but you shouldn't want to attract such kind anyway. You can't change your skin and body structured. But you can exercise, be healthy and confident.
