There are lots of places feminism doesn't exist. There are no places full assumed female agency and responsibility exist.

I have lived in Thailand for 30 years and the Middle East including Saudi Arabia. Women here in Thailand are from the old school, I want to marry a millionaire, once you see through it all the good time you want with no attachments. Too many fools come here thinking the Thai people are these down trodden demur people. People come her live for ten years and only speak a smattering of a 100 words of the Thai language. These are probably the same guys who say in their own country about immigrants: "they come here live and can't speak a word of English" I know plenty of them here in Thailand.
