Presumably its about women trying to use false accusations relating to rape as a way to bully people ... like the feminists do to us.

Double standards are not a "rights" issue per se, but it is an issue that negatively affects men. Your mistake here is that you assume this is a "men's rights" conference. The title of the conference is "International Conference on Men's Issues" so the speakers may speak on legal rights or social issues. Lastly, they're not there to represent /r/mensrights so I'm pretty sure they don't give a flying fuck whether you or anyone else thinks the issues they're speaking about have any relevance to anything.

They can talk about pie for all I care, who are you to tell them they can't talk about pie since they're the ones who footed the bill to have this event as well as I'm sure you had no part in any of the organization for venues, seating, etc.
