Romanian police needed proof that Andrew Tate was in the country and he posted a video yesterday featured a pizza box from a Romanian pizza store confirming he was in the country. The guy ratted himself out.

I said this before but this doesn't make any sense, you need to notify customs to enter a country, Romanian is EU but not Schengen area so you can't just enter there especially with Tate's status. He has also filmed in that room before and said he was in Romania

What are his actual charges?

I'm curious what will come of this, but this kind of thing has happened to him before like twice now and nothing ever came of it.

Last time his home was raided after being accused of kidnapping a woman, the Romanian police showed up in full battle rattle, only to eventually find out that it was BS.

The woman's boyfriend saw on a live feed she was partying at Tate's house. So he called her up and was like "Wtf are you doing there." she didn't want to admit she was partying with other guys and sleeping around. So she was like "Uh...uhm... well actually Tate isn't letting me leave, I'm a hostage here."

So the boyfriend called the police and told them Andrew Tate kidnapped her and was holding her hostage at his house.
