How do you explain interabled relationships?

If women are all about looks and/or money, how do you explain the existence of interabled relationships in which the male partner is physically disabled and not particularly rich?

You can find many such examples on YouTube and TikTok if you search for "interabled" (channels such as: truly, love don't judge, afrimax etc.).

Mind you, I've even come across relationships in which the husband was both disabled and unemployed when they met, so the woman had to work to support both of them until he could find a job.
