So you know the more that I continue to go through this process the more and more I will advocate for men never to get married. Men don’t benefit for anything to get married and I would honestly say the only benefit is if they have kids, but you could do that outside of wedlock and not have to worry about it. But it seems more and more that as I talk to my lawyer, and this is the second one that I’ve had, they just seem like they don’t care about the guy, the husband, the father however you want to call it. It just seems that like the only person they worry about is the mother.

I can give evidence of things and it just is essentially being dismissed by my lawyer. Take for instance, taking money out of the joint account to pay for a car repair of close to $1000, while my wife or soon-to-be ex-wife took more money out for taxes by almost over $1000 monthly, and the state that I live in has a court order for every divorce saying that bills are supposed to continue to get paid as they were and no changes to finances can be made. For example, I can’t take the money out of the account. I can’t change my direct deposit. I can’t change my 401(k) contributions and neither can she.

However, even though she lowered the monthly income by $1000 to set herself up for her taxes next year, do not have to owe anything or potentially not have to own anything. And then she had to get a car repair which came out too close to $1000 , she’s allowed to take that money out of what was supposed to pay bills to pay for her car, which is now going to force me to have to pay bills on a credit card. So it’s OK for her to use cash to pay for her car and I have to now increase my credit card debt to pay bills within the house But it’s not OK if I did.

I’ve given it evidence I have evidence evidence of other wrong allowing non-licensed drivers drive a car in my name on my insurance fights and arguments, yelling and screaming at my kids no communication from my spouse to me, but I have to communicate everything to my spouse and all that seems to be perfectly fine as long as it is her to me but it’s not OK if it’s me to her.
