So recently I tried serving papers for annulment for two times and the result was same security is tight we cannot sneak in when I discussed with my lawyer he’s saying we have to serve papers in person. The marriage which I was in was fraud and there was no minor kid nor sexual relation maybe the marriage lasted about two weeks. And the other thing is my marriage is not even officially recorded. But under CA marriage law even if you had your marriage through community you are considered as married even the papers are not turned in to get officially married. I’m really pissed what to do now any suggestions or help is highly appreciated I just want get rid of them. So in future they cannot file marriage papers and be a pain in my life.
