I’m sure it varies state by state, by my ex wife is about to file a Complaint for Modification to our custody order so she can attempt move 3 hours away with my son, which will lead to a trial. She’s moving to “be closer to family” but it’s actually to move in with a new bf that lives 30 minutes from her hometown. We currently have 50/50 custody that has been in place for 2 years.

Anyways, I’m wondering if anyone has any insights on the trial/court process and things that I should be aware of or ready for. Also anything you found helped your case would be good to know too.
