We are going through divorce my wife called the fight and falsely accused me of abuse. During our 1st protective order hearing she got denied(due to lies and inconsistencies) and appealed so we do it again next month. We originally had a TRO with geographical restriction in place and joint.

Since she claimed abuse, will she automatically get sole conservatorship even if denied protective order.
