My wife has been trie to get a PO for her and the kids and was denied, she then appealed it and it has been pushed back month after month. She took them over 1000 miles away to her parents house and has not let me see them, talk to them, FaceTime.

Will this time away hold any weight when deciding if she has to bring them back to TX?
I have a stable home, job (4yrs) and their school still in place.

She offered me a long distance custody schedule, which she would stop pursuing the PO, but going from seeing my kids daily, getting them ready for school vs 2 days a month doesn’t sit right with me
