Update: I just found the GOLDEN ticket. A text thread from a 3rd party saying he could see/have the kids a few weeks ago if he would have just taken my settlement offer.

Showing she’s knows I’m not a threat to the kids or endangering them. She wants her way or the highway and technically using it as leverage.

We will be showing those texts next hearing

I have 50/50 now but it took about 6 months to prove my innocence. You are in for some next layer hell in the next few months. Just control your emotions and you will get through it.

This is where you need to spend time, effort and legal dollars to fight this as strongly as possible. Don't do it on the cheap or you'll end up kicked out and not being able to see your kids.

My wife requested a TPO, put the kids in it, we had hearings and judge put me on supervised visits. Judged denied the no contact and move out request. My wife returned to my house for a few weeks with the kids but the supervised visits never ended up happening as my wife denied me every time. I've had 4 hours of parenting time in the last 3 months. We go to court next week, we'll have lots to discuss there.

I was/am a kick ass father, but that didn't fucking matter. It's complete bullshit. But that's the price we men pay in family court.

I hope she's doesn't do it, but dude, if she does, be ready to fight a bullshit uphill war. Just cause you have a dick between your legs means you guilty until proven innocent a few times.

Also, very IMPORTANT!!!! Get very familiar with Parental Alienation (PA). Look it up and read about it. You need to start picking up the early signs of it. I went through that and it's one fucked up thing those cunts do.

We already have a TRO in place that is joint 50/50 from last years when we originally were going through divorce. We reconciled and 4 months she starts a fight and calls the police 2 hours later after I leave the house to give each other space.

She is trying to get an indefinite protective order for for her and the kids. I’ve been nothing but The best dad. Says I’m a danger, but then states she left them with me over night during our last separation.( which she did with no issue)

It’s a wild situation

My man...I'm going to tell you from personal experience. My now Cunt X wife l had put a TRO on me based on false allegations of DV/Abuse. The judge granted the TRO with ZERO proof. A few days later that Cunt went and got he TRO amended and added my kids. That was the worse thing she did. I was put on supervised visits and had to pay to spend one hour with my kids.

I will tell you this. If she gets the kids put on that TRO be ready for a fucking shit show and you'll be eating the shit. I was there. I am now way passed that, TRO vacated and I have 50/50 custody of my kids, but I went through hell because she put my kids in the TRO. You better hope she doesn't do that.

Judges don't give a shit and will grant TROs with no proof. My lawyer told me they like to play it safe so they issue those fucking TROs like hot cakes.

Be careful brother! If she does get that TRO granted on her and the kids, DO NOT violate it. Lawyer up because it's going to be a tough road.
