Guess what man? The dust is settling. The worst part of it is over. Now is the time to build yourself back up. From your post history, I see that you’re 55, and while that may make you feel old or that there’s not much left, there is. Some suggestions I have: - Join 3 sets of groups: - divorce support groups - a group for career growth (maybe in your industry or expertise) - group for your hobby. - If you’re not already, slowly start hitting the gym. Slowly increasing intensity and frequency. - Get good sleeping habits - If you’re not already, stay sober - Start getting more into your hobbies.

It's tough, bro, but stop making emotional decisions. Get ahold of yourself and fight for what is yours. Like most men, you probably worked your ass off to give her and kids everything. Get an attorney and get part of the equity and fight for the kids (if they are yours). Don't give up. Now is not the time to quit. My dad fought for me when i was young, and i'm glad he did.
